"I really wanted to consolidate my policies under an agency that would take care of me, in that process I found that this one tries to talk to you over the phone but then does not keep notes about what they did and why, struggles to communicate clearly in writing, convinces you to snooze auto policies you are not using when you try to cancel and then resumes charging you for them, and worst of all cancelled one of my car insurance policies without notifying me on my daily driver. This is not acceptable morally or legally. I would go with a different state farm agent if you really want state farm. I also think state farm in general is being extra predatory right now and I would avoid it all together if possible. I have even more than this but I think this is enough to explain my 1 star review."
